TREASURE, BamBam, and Jackson Wang rocked the stage of SM Mall of Asia Arena for PULP Live World’s most anticipated comeback 2022 K-Pop Masterz in Manila. With almost three hours of performances and fun interactions, it was definitely a night to remember.
TREASURE
2022 K-Pop Masterz in Manila serves as TREASURE’s first ever overseas concert. TREASURE debuted in the midst of the pandemic in 2020 making it difficult to meet their fans outside South Korea. With this, TREASURE (sans Mashiho and Yedam who are on hiatus) made sure that their first overseas performance will be a memorable one.
The group opened the stage of MOA Arena with their intense performance of their title tracks, “Jikjin”, “I Love You”, “My Treasure” and “MMM”. Aside from the performances, TREASURE also showed their quirky and competitive sides by playing games like “One Body Soul”, “Ddakgi”, and “Bato Bato Pick”.
Before capping their performances, Asahi promised the PH Teumes that they will be coming back again in the Philippines. They then performed their debut song “Boy” and a remix of the song that trended on TikTok, “Darari”
BAMBAM
GOT7 BamBam definitely came not to play but to put on a show as he performs “Wheels Up, “Ride or Die,” and “Looks so fine”. The whole crowd definitely jammed to his music.
Aside from his amazing performances, BamBam also shared his experience about his adventures here in the Philippines. He mentioned his love for Bangus (milkfish) and how he learned the Filipino phrase, “Shot Puno” which he kept on repeating.
BamBam continued to surprise the crowd by singing Ronie Liang’s Ngiti, which he also briefly sang during GOT7’s first fan meeting in Manila. He then performed “Who Are You,” and “Pandora”.
But his performance did not just end there. He brought his close friend, Sandara Park or Dara, on stage which made the fans wildly scream. She made a surprise performance by singing 2NE1’s I Don’t Care. Together with Dara, BamBam ended his performance by singing “riBBon”.
JACKSON WANG
The last performer for the night was another GOT7 member, Jackson Wang. He definitely gave a magical performance by performing his latest track “Cruel” which was then followed by “Blow”.
The MOA Arena crowd also made sure that Jackson receives the intense cheers and screams. “First of all, their passion is on another level.” Jackson mentioned after hearing the loud and passionate cheers from the fans. “When they cheer, you know it’s real and that they mean it.”
He ended the event by performing “100 Ways” and some unreleased songs from his upcoming album which will be released on September 9.
This is definitely another first from PULP Live World. How was your concert experience?
