It’s definitely a treat for Kyupiter and ELF as they will celebrate the first week of spring with “KYUHYUN’s 10th Anniversary Asia Tour Colors in Manila”, this coming April 5th at New Frontier Theater. This will be Kyuhyun’s first ever solo concert here in Manila and at the same time the last stop of his most anticipated Asia Tour!

Taeyeon Celebrates a Decade of Music with an Unforgettable Night in Manila

Kim Taeyeon made her entrance standing tall at the Mall Of Asia Arena, looking like a queen wearing her gorgeous white dress. She set the tone for the night honoring her 10th year anniversary as a solo artist opening the concert with “Fabulous.” Knowing that they were going to see a performance that will never be forgotten, the crowd went wild and screamed their energy.

“The Tense” tour wasn’t merely a concert— it was a celebration of Taeyeon’s growth as an artist. Through the interpreter, “Its the 10th year of my debut as a solo this year. That’s why our show tonight, I actually had it directed towards this 10th year anniversary theme, so it really means a lot to me.” She gave her fans a 25 song setlist, which included songs from her Letter to Myself EP and her debut single titled “I.”

Throughout the night, she showed her vocal power and the crowd was stunned by her high notes as she performed her flawless renditions of “Timelapse” and “My Tragedy.” She also surprised her fans with her whistle note in “Blur” proving why she is considered as one of the top vocalists in KPOP. She was more than a songer of high notes, she also performed her songs “Melt Away,” and “What Do I Call You,” and “Letter To Myself,” showing her angry pop-rock vibes. Her flexibility as an artist was definitely highlighted when “Weekend” and “Why” had the entire arena singing.

The concert was equally beautiful with its stunning stage effects complementing the performances, a huge cutain drop, floating bubbles and fire— it defnitely made the concert a night to treasure forever. Among these, she performed “My Tragedy” which earned fans crying out “Grabe!” admiringly as they watch her.

The night was made even more merorable by Taeyeon’s relationship with her Filo fans, not just with music. Filo fans shouted “Beshie!” with excitement— this was a nickname she adopted during her previous visits in the country. She then recalled it clarifying “Beshie?,” and then she said “I remember.” Adding “In my memory, this is actually one of the places with the best cheers.”

The crowd went up showing their lightsticks, jumping in unison during the performances of popular songs like “Weekend,” “Stress,” and “Why” and not everyone missed the fan’s loud applause. The cheers grew so loud that she said “I guess you have louder voices compared to me.”

Before ending her concert with the most awaited song “UR” Taeyeon showed her gratitude to her Filo SONEs, “Its so touching. Thank you so much. I really love all these messages,” and her saying “Beshie tayo forever.” She exited the stage leaving her fans with an unforgettable night. Surely, Filo SONEs won’t forget the night that was full of love.

BOYNEXTDOOR Knocked on Manila’s Doors Proving They’re Here to Stay

BOYNEXTDOOR wowed Filo ONEDOOR’s with an unforgettable night of performances last March 22 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Performing their hit songs like “One and Only,” But Sometimes,” and Fadeaway.” The six-member group captivated their fans as they blasted through a high-energy versatility.

Nearing the end of the night, Riwoo said “Pagod na kami!” and Sungho requested the fans to hold their breath for ten seconds. But Jaehyun’s well-timed distraction— drinking water without a jacket sent the fans into an uproar, giving them a few more seconds to recover from it.

BOYNEXTDOOR’s effortless connection with fans showed their appealing qualities outside the stage. Woonhak and Leehan surprised Filo fans with their Filipino expressions, and Jaehyun and Taesan also showed their love with sincere “Mahal Kita” and “Gusto Kita.”

One of the memorable moments of the night was when they asked the crowd to join on in “But I Like You,” which lead to an amazing karaoke session all around the arena. They boys were completely immersed in the voices of the audience during the last encore, “So Let’s Go See The Stars,” and they treasured every moment.

Before ending the night, Filo ONEDOOR’s shocked BOYNEXTDOOR with a sincere and heartwarming video of their fan project showing their efforts of doing dance covers, fan arts, and messages.

“It’s so cute to imagine that you were actually filming this one by one and have it all together” Taesan said.

Jaehyun also added proudly that his parents were present during the concert, highlighting the value of the fans’ love for him. The grouo said they would also like to do it again for a large show because of the concert’s huge success. Jaehyun said, “Let’s go to the biggest, like, stadium. Let’s go, all of you guys, okay?”
