To the happiness of thoudands of loyal fans, the South Korean superstar, Lee Min Ho made an unforgettable comeback to the Philippine last May 3rd, lighting up the whole Mall of Asia Arena with his highly anticipated “MINHOVERSE” fanmeet.

With loud applause from his Minoz, the actor said through a translator, “It’s been a while, almost two years since nakabalik ako dito.” His comeback was more than just that, it was a celabration of feelings, memories, and the bond between him and his Filo Minoz.

The fanmeet was an exciting combination of music, memories, and laughter. With his romantic ballad title “I Love You,” Lee Min Ho set a warm and sentimental tone for the night. He sang favorites like “Good Night, Good Dream,” and “Always.”

The fanmeet also gave the fans a trip down K-drama memory lane, starting with his breathrough role as Go Jun Pyo in “Boys Over Flowers” and ending with his most recent role as Gong Ryong in “When The Stars Gossip.” The fans screamed in cheers as a special “Masterclass” segment showed some of his most famous scenes, including tragic love confessions and unforgettable kissing scenes.
One of his reflections on which of his drama cofession felt most like his own personality was very kilig-inducing. With even more applause, he said chose Kim Tan’s confession, which made fans kilig with the idea that their most loved character reflects the actor’s heart.
Beyond these moments, Lee Min Ho’s genuine interactions with fans were where his charms was most shown. He humbly denied the label of him being “cute” during the Q&A session saying “I’ve never really thought I was cute. It’s just really the fans, the Minoz, that tell me that I’m cute so siguro cute ako but personally I never really call myself na cute ako.” He also shared that he’s interested in seeing more of Philippines’ unknown places outside of the tourist spots like Boracay and Cebu.
During the “Level Up Mini Game,” in which lucky fans were invited up onstage to play games like the traditional Pinoy game tumbang preso, and balloon popping. Laughter and kilig erupted through the arena as Lee Min Ho engaged himself with the games and gave the lucky fans prizes and heartfelt hugs.

A touching suprise— the fans prepared a fan project video full of heartwarming memories and messages from Minoz across the Philippines. He was obviously touched and thanked the fans saying, “Thank you so much. It’s actually been two years since I last came here, and your warm welcom truly touches me.”

He added, “I really want to thank all of you. As each year passed, I feel the unconditional love you give me, and it means so much.” “And with the love you’ve given me unconditionally, it really makes me a better person and as an actor who can give even more to all of you. It really encourages me a lot. Mahal ko kayo!”
