[UPDATED] 2021 Affiliation Guidelines

PKCI Fan Club Affiliation Guidelines:

This is open to all Kpop fanclubs who wants to be affiliated with PKCI.

Kindly check if all requirements are met before filling out the form below:

PKCI will be closely monitoring all answers, please fill out completely and honestly.

*All information provided will be confidential and only be used as PKCI reference.

Below are the guidelines for the PKCI Affiliation:

It is necessary for the Fan Club to complete first the conditions before submitting the application. Once the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a committee. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible regarding the committee’s decision.

1. Should represent any K-pop group / singer who debuted in Korea. (Solo and Individual members of existing groups will not be processed)

2. Facebook page must have a minimum of 1500 likes.

3. Should have at least 250 official members – (registered members with application form)

4. Should have a Facebook Discussion Group

5. Should have one representative of legal age. Representative must have the power to make urgent and important decisions during PKCI meetings.

6. Had at least one project and event before June 2021

Same guidelines apply for Fan Clubs of Temporary Groups, additional Guidelines are as follows:

1. Should represent any K-pop group / singer who were produced through a survival show and officially debuted in Korea with a temporary contract to its current label/agency. (Solo and Individual members of existing groups will not be processed)

2. The group must have a contract of at least 6 months to be considered as Temporary.

NOTE: Only 1 (one) fan club affiliate will be recognized by PKCI. We will interview 2-3 fan club officers in compliance to our screening procedure.

*If in any case another fan club has the same artist to support and would like to be affiliated, we strongly recommend for the fan clubs to discuss it first before any affiliation take place.*

For Fanclubs of Temporary Groups:

*This temporary affiliation shall be applicable for the entire period of the group’s official activities as defined in the current Regulations specifically in its expiration.

If the conditions are all met, please fill out the application form.

Application for affiliation will run from June 2 to June 18, 2021 only.
